Stress means physical or mental tension. It’s a common factor in our life. Normally we can face stress. But when it exceeds unbearably, it causes a huge impact on our minds.

The busy exhausting work schedule makes are body to work like a robot. But we must keep in mind that we are living things. We have hearts, we have feelings. So, to avoid stressful events, we can divide our tasks accordingly.

Some people tend to think negatively which causes low self-esteem, lack of attraction of anything. These negative thoughts create an environment with no hope for anything. People with physical illnesses like cancer, heart disease or hepatitis, etc, can be stressed out of all time. They begin to worry about life. There are some medication which has some adverse effects. Stress is one of them. Long term bed debilitating patients suffer from stress all of his or her life. Painful conditions of illnesses increase mental stress.
- Fear
It is a factor for stress. There are so many types of fear. We become over concern for the fear of rejection. Sometimes, unknown fear strikes our mind. We are vulnerable to cope with fear. Fear hampers our normal thinking process. The best way to escape the fear is by facing them.
- Digital Devices
We are living in the 21st century. Modern science has developed so many things and fulfill our life with so many new technologies. Devices like smartphones, tabloids, laptops are a very essential part of our daily basis life. These benefits are undeniable. As we are using social media, we can easily get connected with each other by using these devices. Within blinks of eyes, we are getting texts, calls, etc on these devices and immediately switch our mind on that.
So, we have to deal with so many tasks within a short period of time. It causes stress on our minds. These devices shorten our distance of communication but long term dependency tends to damage normal ways of life.
- Financial Problems
One of the most common cause of stress is financial problems. It is not easy to live a life without financial stability. Daily expenses, rents, fees, etc put pressure on our minds. The low budget affects our thoughts miserably. People argue with a beloved one for money. So definitely money is the reason behind it.
- Multitasking
We tend to do so many works together. Instead of solving problems, we can create mental health issues. Most of the productive people avoid multitasking.
- Saying Yes Always
Often we face a dilemma in saying ‘no’ to anyone. But we forget, we have also work remaining. If we say ‘yes’s to all in anything, then it will waste our valuable and irreplaceable time. Lack of work time will create huge pressure to solve the problem. Then stress begins. So, to avoid these circumstances, we must have to learn how to say ‘no’. Instead of showing lame excuses, we should tell or explain to others about the importance of our own work. This strategy may help to cope with anything.
- Value Conflicts
It is not possible to make everyone’s ideology the same. We live in different places and bear different cultures. So our norms, views, ideas, thoughts differ. In our workplace, we have to come in contact with different types of people. Whenever our relationship worsens with colleagues, we should take it normally. And should not be stressed about that.
- Others –
- If we are not happy with our job, it can be stressful all the time. So in the selection of a job should be admirable.
- If we work constantly without little or no break, it will create stress. Proper rest should be prioritized.
- If someone is suffering from stress for all the time, nutritional deficiency may be linked with. A healthy balanced diet should be taken. Vitamin B-complex helps our neurological function.
- If the workplace is in a dangerous condition or if we are in danger, stress might be triggered.
